Do I Have ADHD?
Get the Answers You Deserve
You’ve always wondered. Maybe you’ve felt different your whole life—like you weren’t quite keeping up the way others seemed to. Maybe your child was recently diagnosed, and now you’re seeing yourself in their struggles. Or maybe life just feels harder than it should, and you’re exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
If any of this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. And more importantly—you deserve real answers.
Comprehensive ADHD Testing for Adults
This isn’t just a quick questionnaire or a five-minute conversation. This is a thorough, neuro-affirming evaluation designed to give you real clarity.
Your Path to Clarity
✔️ Clinical Evaluation – A detailed, one-on-one assessment to understand your history, challenges, and strengths.
✔️ Validated ADHD Rating Scales & Screeners – Evidence-based tools to assess ADHD symptoms and how they show up in your life.
✔️ Personalized Feedback & Next Steps – A clear, understandable explanation of your results, with recommendations tailored to you.
This is for You if…
✔️ You’ve always felt like you struggle more than others with focus, organization, or motivation.
✔️ You’re constantly overwhelmed by the demands of adulthood—bills, deadlines, responsibilities.
✔️ You’ve mastered the art of “holding it together” on the outside but feel exhausted on the inside.
✔️ You’ve wondered if ADHD could explain why things have always felt a little harder for you.
Why This Matters
ADHD isn’t just about being “distracted” or “forgetful.” It affects how you think, how you work, how you connect with others—and most importantly, how you feel about yourself.
Understanding your brain can be the first step toward self-acceptance, finding the right support, and making life work for you instead of constantly feeling like you’re falling behind.

Get plenty of rest. A good night’s sleep will help you feel your best during testing.
Eat a nourishing meal beforehand. Opt for balanced, protein-rich foods instead of sugary or high-carb options, which can lead to fatigue.
Take medications as prescribed, except for stimulant or ADHD-specific medications. If you are currently taking ADHD medication, consult your prescribing physician before your evaluation. In most cases, it’s recommended to skip your dose the morning of testing, but always follow your doctor’s guidance.
Bring healthy snacks and drinks. While eating is not allowed during testing, you may bring non-caffeinated beverages and snacks for breaks. Try to avoid sugary options.
Arrive early. Running late can increase anxiety and impact performance. Plan to arrive with enough time to settle in.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule. Contact our office as soon as possible to make arrangements, keeping in mind the late cancellation policy outlined in your consent forms.
