Meet Kristin
Hi, welcome, I’m Kristin Koliha, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing online therapy for clients in Ohio, Washington, Oregon, Kentucky, and Rhode Island. I’m based in Washington state. Having moved around the country at various times in my life – I understand how tough it can be to find footing in new environments and how to create a place that feels like home.
I work with clients who have fast paced, busy lives, and understand the need to prioritize time for themselves being mindful of how you use your time. I strive to assess each of my client’s needs and goals and tailor treatment planning on an individual and personal basis. Some areas you may find you want to work on include:

I use cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness based therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy techniques. I am also flexible, combining tools and techniques that work best for each client – good mental health is an important component to overall health!
